To return merchandise for credit or exchange, the following must be complied with:

• Customer must e-mail to: Orders@RushUSA.com or Fax to: (954) 885-0335 for a return authorization number, furnish invoice number, original date of sale, and the reason for the return. 
• Merchandise being returned must be unused and in the original manufacturers packaging.
• Used, soiled or discontinued merchandise is not returnable.
• Merchandise held for more than 30 days is not returnable.
• Defective merchandise will be replaced with the identical item. Credit will not be issued.
• 15% Restocking fee will apply on all other cases.
• Customers approved to return merchandise for credit or exchange will be responsible for return shipping charges.
